Is there a free AI Overview tracker?
Yes. OverviewTracker Basic is free: a handful of checks, email optional, 7-day history. No credit card to try the checker.
How is this different from Otterly, ZipTie, or LLMrefs?
Those tools track many AI engines and sell GEO programs. We only track Google AI Overviews citations for URLs you already publish. If you want ChatGPT share-of-voice, use them. If you typed 'ai overview tracker' into Google, this is the tool.
Do you need Search Console access?
Not for the free checker. Pro can optionally import queries from a CSV or GSC export. We never post to your site.
